For Infants, Toddlers and Two year old children there are 21 specific goals and objectives targeting each child's individual development in the areas of Social / Emotional, Language, Physical and Cognitive Development. For Preschool age children, age Three to Five years old there are 50 specific goals and objectives targeting each child's individual development in the areas of Social / Emotional, Language, Physical and Cognitive Development as well as basic Reading and Writing Skills in preparation for entry to elementary school. The Creative Curriculum is based on the latest research on how children learn best and has been shown through experimental and quasi-experimental studies to improve classroom quality and promote the school readiness of preschool children.
